No personal data will be collected by Intermodalics BVBA as a result of your use of the Application,
with the exception of device identifiers and communications metadata that may be incidentally
included in crash reports. This personal data will be used exclusively to evaluate the functioning of the
Application and to improve it further. The personal data will not be used to identify you or to contact
you in any manner, nor will it be provided to third parties (including those outside the EU) other than to
enable the evaluation of the functioning of the Application and to improve it. If you do not consent to
this use of your personal data, please refrain from using the Application or disable crash reporting. For

Please note that any other information processed via the Application, such as video images or other
device data that you choose to stream to your selected destination, is not collected or observed by us,
